10-Day Return Policy

Apex Jewels believes in complete customer satisfaction.You can return any item in its original condition within 10 days after receipt for a refund or exchange, less shipping and any sizing or service fees.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Apex Jewels), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned.

Return Process:

1. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the outside of the box.

2. Ship The Package. Return the package to us insured for the full purchase price and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Apex Jewels. Make sure your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package, and mail it to:
