Shipment Process
Orders will generally be shipped within 1 business day after cleared payment. Your item will be placed in a jewelry box tucked inside the distinctive shipping box.

Alternate Address Shipping
If you will not be available to sign for your order, Apex Jewels can ship your order to your another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

Delivery Details
If your order is over $250 we require a signature for delivery; if the order is under $250 a signature may be required. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
